This is a great place for relaxing. On one side is the beach and the other side huge backwaters. Authentic Kerala food is awesome. Location is really great, the only downside being the approach from the town. It takes approximately 40 minutes drive from Payyannur, the nearest town

Went there back in 2013 with a bunch of friends ! The best vacay I had till date. Unbeatable spot, serene, beautiful, far from city! Its like your own private beach. Hope it hasn’t changed much over the years. Owners were friendly too! Made us authentic malyali meals. Wish to visit again!

It is a hidden gem in North Kerala. Food is really good. Thanks to the caretaker Mr Surendra, great guy. Just needs little maintenance. But overall very calm n peaceful.

Highly Recommended.. and beautiful place to hangout with family.. they serve really delicious food the way we want.. super safe .. highlights are crab hunt, boat Sevice and fishing… A gem of a place which i have ever visited… A must visit place

Excellent sea food.. Nice getaway . Kavvayi beach house is the one place where you can enjoy with your family and friends alike. The food was really fresh and delicious. The annexe block with 4 double rooms looked great for us. Sun rise was an awesome experience. Dhyan Ranjith and team extended all possible support to make our stay enjoyable.

A serene place to wave of monotonous city life.. an perfect escape to nature's lap enjoying both sea and backwaters. Rooms are very nice, ac works perfectly well and restrooms are neat and clean. The food they provide is really delicious.. every dish was cooked by local women... We enjoyed the stay every moment 😊

All five stars for the location. This is located between the backwaters and the beach. A couple of minutes walk to the beach and a few steps to the backwaters. Watch sunrise from the backwaters and sunset from the beach. The rooms are good and the food is tasty. The caretaker was helpful. I would suggest to maintain the rooms and surroundings better..

This is best location, but other than that it's worst place to be there for everything else. Food and services are worst. I don't think they can manage more than 10 people and definitely not for bachelors. Group of 22 people have visited and had very bad experience on food. They don't prepare enough food and restrict us to have limited good. One person will be keep monitoring you, how much food you have. If you take a extra dosa the supervisor will say you are done with your quota. I had never experienced such worst hospitality in any of the home stays and resorts till date. We travel so long to enjoy our vacation and this kind of experience will very much disappoint and spoil your complete trip.
